What is Th3 Platform?

Th3 Platform is them an International Christian online community where you can list products and services, post events, list your ministry or business in our directory, access employment opportunities, network with fellow Kingdom minded organizations and individuals and obtain prayer all in one place.

If you are a Christian business owner, Th3 Platform is your opportunity to expand your visibility. If you are a minister or a ministry this an opportunity for your ministry to reach as many people as possible.

Th3 Platform is unlike any other site, this is not just a directory or global marketplace platform, you can network with other Christians alike, list your events and conferences, list your jobs to attract new recruits to a wider Christian audience. As a market-place minister you will have advantage to grow your business, as a church or minister your ministry will increase in visibility.

This is a good question. As a simple answer YES you have to be a Christian.

Although Th3 Platform caters for the Christian community, We welcome all denominations that observe and believe in “The GOD Head”, “The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit” and has confessed with their mouth and believe in their heart that JESUS Christ of the Holy Bible is their own personal LORD and Saviour.

If you do not believe or observe the above, please do not subscribe with the aim of listing your ministry, business, service, event, or jobs.

Of course, you can. An account can be set up by clicking on the Register button. You will be able to create a profile but you will not be able to list anything.

Why not go ahead and register yourself as a consumer!

This is simply your back office if you have subscribed to one of our services or if you have registered yourself.

The Ecclesia is a directory or an index of ministries for example a physical church or some one that does not have a physical church but are in ministry as a worship leader, or campus leader, missionary, evangelist and more.

If you have a business or service or event to list please do refer to the right directory for example business or events.

Yes you can. If you have multiple ministries, you may need to upgrade your subscription depending on the amount you would like to list.

A marketplace minister is a Christian business owner who runs and owns their own business. As Christian’s we should be dominating the marketplace. If you are a Christian and own your business do not forget to step up on Th3 Platform by registering and start to list your products or services and you business.

When we mean ‘products’, these are bags, shoes, toiletries, makeup, clothing items, chairs, cooking pans, mats, house, car, land etc, etc, etc.

What we mean by ‘services’ is lawyers, solicitors accountants, hairdressers, landscapers, builders, and many more.

You need to step up on Th3 Platform by creating an registering. Then choose a subscription package that best suits you. Then you will be able to add listings.

Follow the instructions to subscribe to one of our packages.

You can increase your visibility on the site by featuring your business on the landing page or the main page of a particular category.

The events directory allows you to list paid and unpaid, Step up and list your events.

This will be dependent on you, but we would advise that you keep this in mind by offering the option of those registered to cancel or change their registration.

Th3 Platform will not get engage in any discussions about cancellations, refund of ticket sales etc. This is between yourself and the consumer.

If your event has come to an end, your event will no longer be listed on Th3 Platform.

A featured listing is advertising space where you can feature your event, ministry, service, product or job on Th3 Platform’s landing page in order to attract a wider audience.

You can also feature a listing on our directory pages.

You will need to refer to our Feature packages to see how much your feature will cost and how long it will be listed for.

You will need to refer to our feature packages in My Platform once you have registered. Th3 Platform does reserve the right to select ministries, events products and services to be featured. If you happen to be selected then Th3 Platform will make direct contact with you. If you are chosen by us we will feature you for free.

To sign up for an account all you need is your email address and to create a password.

Once you've registered an account on Th3 Platform and completed verification, you can create a listing for your preferred business as a marketplace minister, ministry or event. Please do refer to the section below where you can find further FAQs around listings.

When listing your ministry, product/service or event. You will need to go to My Platform. Click on event, ecclesia, business, job or product. Then top right a yellow button click it and fill out the form. Step up by filling out the form to describe what you're listing. You can add photos, select the country, city or state you are in and other critical details about what you are listing. Then click submit.

Yes. This is your Platform. When listing your ministry, your shop, product/service or event, please have as much details as you can when listing as people will need to refer to your link.

Yes you can. This is why Th3 Platform is here to help you in reaching the Christian community. Go ahead and share your website link to as many people as needed.

You can make multiple listings. These will be subject to the subscription that you have chosen. You may need to upgrade your subscription in order to make multiple listings. Please go to My Platform to do this.

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions to find out more about what you can and cannot list, for example, this is a platform for the Christian community and therefore you cannot list items that will violet our terms and conditions.

You certainly can. Go back into your listings from your dashboard– My Platform. Click on the directory you have listed under, for example “Ecclesia”, then click on ‘All listing’. You will see a list of what you have listed. You simply then need to click on ‘Edit’ where you will be able to fully edit your listing, add new pictures, amend information etc.

If you see an Item that is not allowed to be listed or violates our policies, please do report this by clicking into the listing. On the right side of the page scroll down and you will see a Report button. Click it.

To build up a following, you will need to be active on Th3 Pulpit, by sharing messages, videos, the more you regularly create content that is valuable to your audience, the more you will receive followers.

You can also be targeting new people to follow you, by sending out a request to others. You can also use keywords to your messages and also by use of hashtags.

To view messages go to My Platform. Scroll down under dashboard, click messages

You can only access your back office –by registering an account, or by subscribing to one of our wonderful packages that meet the need of your ministry, event and business.

You can delete your account at any given time you want. Go to My Platform, scroll to the bottom under dashboard. Click profile scroll down to bottom of page and click delete. Once an account has been deleted you will no longer have access to My Platform.

Star rating is a review. It is your opportunity to use an evaluating system designed to assess your performance and the performance of others. A good star rating can make you stand out from the crowd.

If you have a return or a refund issue with a business please contact the business directly for their policy on refunds. Th3 Platform will not be responsible for returns and refunds.

If you purchased anything and are able to return the item, product, event ticket etc, you will need to get in touch with the business to agree on the postage fees and costs associated to the return of what you have purchased. Again, Th3 Platform is not responsible for return postage fees or costs associated to returns and refunds.

To cancel a purchase, you will need to directly get in touch with the vendor, please do seek to find out all the information from the business their cancellations, return and refund policy before making a purchase.

No, you will not have a person call you, once a prayers request has been received our team will pray for you.
