1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and the use of Th3 Platform LLC mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Th3 Platform LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading our app, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This site is owned and operated by Th3 Platform LLC.

2. Th3 Platform LLC Services and Role

Description of the Service

This site is an online Marketplace where the Christian community can gather under one communal platform. Th3 Platform LLC is a faith-based community platform that helps users discover and engage with events, businesses, churches, ministries, products, and other community resources. The Service may include features such as user profiles, event discovery and booking, business and ecclesia listings, product listings, features, direct messaging, bookmarks, ratings, search, and push notifications. Our aim is to encourage and support communication, partnership and offer exposure to the Christian marketplace minister and the Ecclesia.

Some listings may indicate pricing or paid events for informational purposes. Unless we explicitly state otherwise within the Service, booking or registering for an event through the app does not process payment and does not create a paid transaction between you and us.

Description of other and more specific services about Th3 Platform LLC can generally be found on the site in the About Us.

This is a platform for the Christian community. In these Terms and Conditions, we refer to Christians as "one who believes in "The GOD Head", "The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit" and has confessed with their mouth and believe in their heart that JESUS Christ of the Holy Bible is their own personal LORD and Saviour.

Consumer, Marketplace Minister (business owner), Ecclesia (Church or Ministry), event planner and third parties using Th3 Platform LLC are all referred to in these Terms and Conditions collectively as "Users," "you" or "your."

Users of Th3 Platform LLC can purchase a subscription, pay for a feature listing, list in our directories, all on one platform. Churches and those in ministry can advertise their events and list details of their churches and ministry, the marketplace minister is able to advertise their products and more. In addition, the site has a network forum known as "Th3 Pulpit" where those who have registered can network.

By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use or access the site, or its services. If you are using the site on behalf of another entity such as a business, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that entity and you acknowledge that you have the authority to do so.

When these Terms and Conditions use terms "Th3 Platform LLC", "us", "we" or "our" that refers to Th3 Platform LLC Ltd and its affiliates, partners, representatives, employees.

3. By Using Th3 Platform LLC

By using Th3 Platform LLC and or accessing the services you agree that you will not misuse the Service:

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account and provide information such as your name, email address, phone number, password, and optional profile details.

5. Defined Groups on Th3 Platform LLC

User Content

The Service allows you and other users to submit content, including profile information, listings, event details, messages, images, reviews, ratings, and other materials ("User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate, provide, improve, and promote the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may remove or restrict content at our discretion.

E-commerce

If you are a Christian business owner who is selling product(s) or service(s), you can market your products or services on the E-Commerce section of Th3 Platform LLC.

Products can be anywhere from toiletries, shoes, clothes, bags, makeup and more, please refer to the E-commerce section of Th3 Platform LLC.

If you are a Christian business owner who does not necessary sell products but have a service to offer such as a gardening, plumber, an accountant, lawyer, doctor. You can list your service on Th3 Platform LLC.

Your listed products will have the full description of your products.

If you are not the business owner or if you do not have permission by the business owner, please do not list your products and services on Th3 Platform LLC. Please be sure to obtain consent from your affiliates, partners, etc prior to any listing.

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to remove products and services that do not comply with the ethos and vision of Th3 Platform LLC.

As per the above section, should this arise, Th3 Platform LLC will remove products without your consent and without refund. It is your duty to make sure your products comply.

Ecclesia – (The church and those with a ministry)

If you are the overseer of a Christian church or you have a Christian ministry such as a worship leader, an evangelist, a revivalist you can list your church or ministry on the Ecclesia directory.

The Ecclesia directory is open to Christian churches and ministries from a number of denominations as well as free/non-denominational churches, excluding ALL churches/ministries that deny the divinity of JESUS, the divinity of the Holy Spirit or do not have the Bible as the governing authority. Example of such is traditions are held and carried out as though they are the Word God.

The churches and ministries must be Christian in belief and believing in "The GOD Head", "The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit" and have confessed with their mouth and believe in their heart that JESUS Christ of the Holy Bible is their own personal LORD and Saviour.

Your listed church or ministry will have the full details of your ministry or church such as full name, contact details, location, full description of your church or ministry and more.

If you are not the overseer of the church or ministry or if you do not have permission by the overseer of the church or ministry, please do not list your church or ministry on Th3 Platform LLC. Please be sure to obtain consent from your affiliates, partners, etc prior to any listing.

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to remove churches or ministries that do not comply with the ethos and vision of Th3 Platform LLC.

As per the above section, should this arise, Th3 Platform LLC will remove the listing without your consent and without refund. It is your duty to make sure your ministry complies.

Market Place Minister – Business Vendor

If you are a Christian business owner or business vendor you can list your products and services on Th3 Platform LLC.

Your store will capture the full details of your business, contact information, a detailed description of your business and more, please do refer to the Market Place Minister section of the website.

If you are not the business owner or if you do not have permission by the owner of the business, please do not list any products or services. Please be sure to obtain consent from your affiliates, partners, etc prior to any listing.

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to remove businesses that do not comply with the ethos and vision of Th3 Platform LLC.

As per the above section, should this arise, Th3 Platform LLC will remove your business as a Market place Minister without your consent. It is your duty to make sure your business complies. No refunds will be given.

Event Organiser

Events listed must be Christian led, for example a Christian book launch, Christian conference, teaching, worship event, award ceremonies etc. These can be paid or not paid events.

If you are not the event organiser or if you do not have permission by the event organiser, please do not list any events (free or paid). Please be sure to obtain consent from your affiliates, partners, etc. prior to event listing.

You and your affiliates will comply with these Terms in respect to events listed on Th3 Platform LLC.

You and your affiliates will also ensure that event venues for each event hosted by you listed on Th3 Platform LLC comply with all applicable laws, regulations and rules of the country that the event is hosted in. Please contact the event organiser for any event issues.

As an event organiser you must ensure that you have agreed the final and actual ticket price before listing the event including its details on the site.

All transactions pertaining to event tickets (paid event or not) will be handled between the event organiser and the consumer, this also includes all inquiries, questions, concerns or complaints pertaining to an event listed on the Site.

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to remove events that do not comply with the ethos and vision of Th3 Platform LLC. For further information about this please do visit our About US section on the site.

As per the above section, should this arise, Th3 Platform LLC will remove events without your consent. It is your duty to make sure your event complies.

The Consumer

The consumer is you the user on Th3 Platform LLC that will be browsing listed or listing products/services, churches, ministries, booking an event, leaving reviews, bookmarking or communicating through our in app and site messenger.

To create an account as a consumer is to choose a subscription level and purchase to access the community.

If you are not pleased with your purchase (whether product, service, event), you want to cancel your purchase, in all instances please contact the vendor or event planner/organiser.

Should you enter into a yearly subscription and desire to cancel your subscription before the year is up you may do so but no money will be returned.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at anytime no money will be returned.

You may upgrade your subscription at anytime.

6. Events, Listings, and Third-Party Interactions

Events, businesses, ecclesia's, products, and other listings may be created by users or administrators. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, safety, or quality of any listing or third-party offering. Any interaction, booking, purchase, or arrangement you make with another user or organization is between you and that party. We are not a party to those arrangements unless we expressly say otherwise.

7. Communications and Notifications

By using the Service, you may receive in-app messages, emails, and push notifications related to your account, bookings, messages, and platform activity. You can manage notification preferences in the app or device settings where available. Some transactional or legally required messages may still be sent.

8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes that is needed on the Th3 Platform LLC as a Site.

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to scheduled maintenance times which may cause temporary disruptions.

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

We will notify the users who have set up an account of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

Th3 Platform LLC's Content

Content directly published and made available on the site by Th3 Platform LLC alone, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. This includes and is not limited to images, text, logos, videos, books, leaflets, documentation, downloadable files, its software, design, branding, text, layout, look, appearance and graphics, and other materials (excluding User Content). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Reproduction is prohibited other than for copyright notices, in which case you will need to inform us and submit to us a notice in advance and receive a response in agreement from Th3 Platform LLC before use. This notice forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

User's Content

For all users (ecclesia, marketplace minister, event planner/organiser), Th3 Platform LLC does not make any claim to own your content. Such as and not limited to images, text, logos, videos, books, leaflets, documentation, downloadable files.

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to use content of the users as needed for advertising and promotional purposes. Th3 Platform LLC also reserves the right to use the content of the user for features as needed. Entering into agreement by registering gives us a right to use said content for promotional purposes.

You are responsible for your own content. You hereby agree that all your content:

All content must be truthful as there are a number of people visiting the site to make purchases for products, services or events, to obtain information about your ministry, church or business, to network and more.

In the event that Th3 Platform LLC establishes that the content is not true, up to date or other and does not meet the requirements of these Terms or our ethos and vision, Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to remove such content.

Th3 Platform LLC may randomly choose your content, logo, images, videos, product, product description, event, ministry, business name and more for the purposes of:

11. Reporting Listings That Infringe Rights

You can report listings that allegedly infringe on your rights and the rights of Th3 Platform LLC, for example, ministries or events listed that do not believe in The GOD Head or are satanic in nature.

Please be reminded that Th3 Platform LLC caters for the Christian community, refer to section 2 of these Terms and Conditions.

Th3 Platform LLC reserves the right to ending or cancelling account and listings, hiding or demoting your listings from search results, and account suspension, should we believe that there is suspicious activity on your account or where we believe that the above is not in keeping in line with our ethos, values and vision.

12. Rules of Use of My Platform – Accounts and Back Office Tools

Th3 Platform LLC will make available features and tools that allow you to have a full back office. The exemption to this is the unregistered consumer who will not have access to a back office. The back office known as "My Platform" allows you depending on what subscriptions you pay for to carry out the following:

Th3 Platform LLC does not have control over vendor prices and shipping fees etc.

Th3 Platform LLC does not have control of fees levied by your bank and/or credit card company. Be sure to check with your bank and/or credit card company before making a purchase of Th3 Platform LLC.

Affirmative Consent and Authorization for Recurring Charges

By subscribing, you authorize Th3 Platform LLC to charge you according to the terms until you cancel.

As a condition of enrolling in any subscription offered by TH3 Platform LLC, the subscriber must provide express, informed, and affirmative consent to the subscription terms, automatic renewal provisions, and recurring billing authorization prior to the initiation of any charge to the subscriber's payment method.

Before completing a subscription purchase, TH3 Platform LLC shall clearly and conspicuously disclose all material terms of the subscription offer, including, but not limited to:

Affirmative consent shall be obtained through an affirmative action by the subscriber, including, but not limited to, selecting a checkbox, clicking an acceptance button, or taking another clear action that demonstrates the subscriber's knowing and voluntary agreement to the subscription terms.

The subscriber expressly authorizes TH3 Platform LLC, its payment processors, agents, and authorized service providers to charge the payment method designated by the subscriber for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and authorized charges on a recurring basis in accordance with the subscription plan selected by the subscriber.

No recurring charge shall be initiated unless and until the subscriber has affirmatively consented to the automatic renewal offer and recurring billing authorization.

The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that by providing such affirmative consent, the subscriber is entering into a legally binding agreement authorizing recurring charges until the subscription is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation procedures.

TH3 Platform LLC shall maintain records evidencing the subscriber's affirmative consent and may rely upon such records as evidence of authorization in connection with any dispute, chargeback, inquiry, or legal proceeding.

Upon enrollment, TH3 Platform LLC shall provide the subscriber with an acknowledgment of the subscription transaction, which shall include the material terms of the subscription, automatic renewal provisions, billing frequency, cancellation instructions, and any other disclosures required by applicable federal, state, or local law.

14. Subscription Price Changes and Notice

TH3 Platform LLC reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or otherwise change subscription fees, pricing structures, billing frequencies, subscription plans, features, benefits, or related charges at any time in its sole discretion, subject to applicable law.

In the event of a change to subscription pricing, TH3 Platform LLC will provide subscribers with advance notice of the price change before the new rate becomes effective. Such notice may be provided by any commercially reasonable means, including but not limited to email, account dashboard notifications, website notices, in-app notifications, or other electronic communications reasonably designed to inform the subscriber of the upcoming change.

Unless otherwise stated in the notice, any subscription price change shall become effective at the beginning of the subscriber's next renewal term following the notice period.

If a subscriber does not agree to the revised subscription rate, the subscriber may cancel the subscription prior to the effective date of the price change in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy. Continued use of the subscription service after the effective date of the price change shall constitute acceptance of the revised pricing.

TH3 Platform LLC shall have no obligation to provide refunds, credits, or reimbursements based solely upon a change in subscription pricing, provided that the subscriber received notice as required by applicable law and had the opportunity to cancel the subscription before the new pricing became effective.

Nothing in this section shall limit any rights afforded to consumers under applicable federal, state, or local consumer protection laws, including laws governing automatic renewals and recurring billing practices.

This Subscription Price Changes and Notice provision shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

15. Cancellation

TH3 Platform LLC is committed to providing subscribers with a cancellation process that is simple, accessible, and at least as easy as the method used to enroll in a subscription.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation requests may be submitted through any of the following methods:

  1. Online Account Cancellation
    • Log in to your account.
    • Navigate to Account Settings or Subscription Management.
    • Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
  2. Website Cancellation Request

Cancellation requests received before the next billing date will prevent future recurring charges. Upon cancellation, the subscriber's listing, account access, and subscription benefits will remain active through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise specified in the subscription plan.

No additional recurring charges will be made after a cancellation has been processed.

TH3 Platform LLC will provide confirmation of cancellation by email or through the subscriber's account dashboard. Subscribers are encouraged to retain cancellation confirmations for their records.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription term.

TH3 Platform LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions for violations of its Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or other governing agreements. In such cases, refunds will be issued only if required by applicable law.

This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

16. Payment Handling

We understand that security is a concern when shopping online We use data encryption technology when sensitive data such as passwords and credit card details are being requested. We use a SSL Certificate to encrypt all data transferred between your computer and our servers.

For those that have purchased one of our packages above as Ecclesia or Marketplace minister, we accept a wide range of credit and debit cards including VISA, Mastercard & American Express. We take pay pal/stripe payments.

Your card is stored securely and will be used to ensure that you continue to benefit from the use of Th3 Platform LLC. Only the last 4 digits and expiry date are visible anywhere on the site and it can only be used with the same address.

Th3 Platform LLC may sell you items, tickets, products and services. This will also include sales of items, tickets, products and services directly affiliated to our businesses.

All the prices payable for items, tickets, products and services that you order are as set out in our website.

As Th3 Platform LLC is an international platform that is catering for the Christian community around the globe, please note that it may not be possible for vendors to deliver to some locations in the world. If unsure, if delivery is feasible, please contact the vendor or refer to the vendors shops to view their policy regarding delivery charges.

Future payments as a consumer

A consumer can place an order using our payment method, your card details as a consumer will be taken separately on our secure payment method.

Once you have purchased a subscription, as a consumer your card details can be stored and for security purposes the last 4 digits and expiry date are visible on the site and it can only be used with the same address.

We never store your full credit card details - they are only used at the time of payment and then we delete them. We retain the last 4 digits of your card as a reference which you can use to express checkout when placing your order. This offers an extremely high level of security and the convenience of not having to enter your card details each time you shop or set up a subscription with us. We use this reference to request payment from your card provider using encryption technology.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

Th3 Platform LLC contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control, the website links include but not limited to sites to other marketplace ministers/vendors, churches, ministers, event organisers and more.

Th3 Platform LLC is not responsible for the use, content, policies or practice of any third-party website or services linked to our site.

The Service may include but are not limited to integrate with or link to third-party services such as mapping providers, cloud hosting, analytics, email delivery, and push notification platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or external websites.

It is your responsibility to read and understand the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy/Statement and other policies of these third-party websites before using them.

18. Dispute Resolution

We cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy and descriptions of products, services or events listed on Th3 Platform LLC.

If you have a complaint about the products/services or events that you have purchased on Th3 Platform LLC, you will need to directly contact the Market Place Minister or the ministry.

Th3 Platform LLC will not take responsibility:

The pricing and actual sale of each product/ service or event price is determined by the Marketplace Minister in advance.

If you have a concern or a question about Th3 Platform LLC, as a website and its use, please contact us first. Our customer support services will answer your questions and aim to resolve your concerns.

In the unlikely event that our customer support services are unable to resolve your concern, the parties (you and we) each hereby agree to resolve any and all disputes, concerns or complaints under these terms, with respect to Th3 Platform LLC.

In no event may we or you seek to resolve a dispute with other parties as part of these Terms unless for legal matters.

19. Refund

Refund Policy Subscription

Subscription Fees

All subscription fees paid to TH3 Platform LLC for directory listings, memberships, advertising services, and related subscription products are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Refund Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you are purchasing immediate access to the TH3 Platform LLC online directory, listing services, and related membership benefits.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Once a monthly subscription payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the billing period.

If you cancel your monthly subscription, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle, after which your subscription will terminate and no further charges will be made.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Once an annual subscription payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or prorated refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the annual subscription term.

If you cancel an annual subscription, your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid annual term, after which your subscription will terminate and no further charges will be made.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same subscription, or experienced an unauthorized charge, you must notify TH3 Platform LLC within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Upon verification, TH3 Platform LLC may issue a refund, credit, or correction at its sole discretion.

Service Interruptions

Temporary service interruptions, maintenance periods, software updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of TH3 Platform LLC shall not entitle subscribers to refunds, credits, or compensation.

Account Termination for Violation of Terms

If an account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other governing agreement, the subscriber shall not be entitled to any refund, credit, or reimbursement.

Refund Processing

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending upon the payment processor, financial institution, or credit card provider.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights that may not be waived under applicable federal, state, or local law. Consumers may be entitled to additional rights and remedies under applicable law.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Refund Policy Marketplace and Event Transactions

TH3 Platform LLC operates as an online directory, marketplace, and informational platform that connects consumers with independent marketplace ministers, churches, ministries, businesses, service providers, event organizers, and other third parties ("Providers").

TH3 Platform LLC is not a party to any transaction, agreement, contract, event registration, donation, service arrangement, booking, purchase, or other interaction between a consumer and a Provider unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

All products, services, registrations, tickets, bookings, donations, sponsorships, ministry engagements, consultations, and event-related transactions advertised, promoted, listed, or facilitated through the Platform are offered and provided solely by the applicable Provider.

Responsibility for Refunds

Because all transactions are entered into directly between the consumer and the applicable Provider, all refund requests, disputes, cancellations, chargebacks, credits, exchanges, and reimbursement requests must be directed to the Provider responsible for the transaction.

Consumers seeking a refund must contact the applicable marketplace minister, event organizer, ministry, church, business, vendor, or service provider directly and comply with that Provider's refund, cancellation, and dispute resolution policies.

TH3 Platform LLC does not determine, administer, approve, deny, process, or guarantee refunds on behalf of any Provider.

Provider Refund Policies

Each marketplace minister, event organizer, ministry, church, business, vendor, or service provider is solely responsible for establishing, maintaining, communicating, and honoring its own refund, cancellation, exchange, and customer service policies.

Providers are encouraged to clearly disclose their applicable refund and cancellation policies before accepting payments or entering into transactions with consumers.

TH3 Platform LLC does not review, verify, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, enforceability, or adequacy of any Provider's refund policy.

No Liability for Refund Disputes

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TH3 Platform LLC shall not be liable for and expressly disclaims any responsibility for:

Disputes Between Users and Providers

TH3 Platform LLC serves solely as an online directory, marketplace platform, and informational resource connecting consumers with independent marketplace ministers, churches, ministries, event organizers, vendors, businesses, and other third-party providers ("Providers").

Any complaint, dispute, claim, controversy, disagreement, refund request, service issue, event-related issue, contractual dispute, or other matter arising out of or relating to a transaction, communication, service, event, booking, registration, donation, purchase, or interaction between a consumer and a Provider shall be resolved exclusively between the parties directly involved.

TH3 Platform LLC is not a party to such transactions or relationships and assumes no responsibility or liability for investigating, mediating, arbitrating, resolving, or otherwise participating in disputes between consumers and Providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TH3 Platform LLC disclaims all liability arising from or related to any dispute between consumers and Providers, including but not limited to claims involving performance, non-performance, quality of services, cancellations, refunds, misrepresentations, negligence, contractual obligations, personal injuries, financial losses, or other damages.

By using the Platform, both consumers and Providers acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for resolving any disputes, claims, or complaints directly with one another and that TH3 Platform LLC shall have no obligation to intervene, participate, or provide compensation in connection with such matters.

Consumers acknowledge and agree that TH3 Platform LLC acts solely as a technology platform and directory service and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, products, services, representations, warranties, policies, or conduct of any Provider.

Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, consumers release and discharge TH3 Platform LLC, its owners, officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising from or related to refund requests, refund denials, cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, or transactions involving any Provider listed on or accessed through TH3 Platform LLC.

20. Consumer Acknowledgment

By using the Platform, consumers acknowledge and agree that:

  1. TH3 Platform LLC is not the seller, merchant, organizer, promoter, ministry provider, or service provider of any transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.
  2. All transactions are solely between the consumer and the applicable Provider.
  3. Any refund request must be directed to the Provider responsible for the transaction.
  4. TH3 Platform LLC has no obligation to provide refunds for transactions conducted between consumers and Providers.
  5. TH3 Platform LLC shall not be held liable under any circumstances for costs, damages, losses, expenses, claims, or liabilities arising from refund requests, refund disputes, denied refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or related circumstances.

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the goods delivered are not what you ordered, are damaged or defective, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, please directly contact the vendor/marketplace minister or Ecclesia that you bought the product or event ticket from. If you are unable to resolve this matter with the organiser or vendor, please report to Th3 Platform LLC so we can determine if there is any fraud etc.

Contact details of the vendor where you have purchased a ticket, product and service from can be found on Th3 Platform LLC, this can also be found in My Platform, if you have set up an account.

You may need to refer to the vendor's policies pertaining to damaged or defective items including refunds and replacement whichever is applicable.

In the case of damage and faults, you can also provide photographs of the damage and packaging, this will help the vendor resolve your case quickly.

Th3 Platform LLC is not responsible for ensuring that refunds, replacements of tickets and products and services are actioned. This solely lies with the perspective vendor that you have purchased your tickets, products and services from.

Returning unwanted, items, tickets, goods and products

We want you to shop with confidence, knowing that if you change your mind about something you've bought, you may be able to return or exchange your ticket, product and service. In such cases, again you will need to directly get in touch with the vendor who will communicate to you their returns and exchange policy if applicable. It is best to find this information out before you purchase.

You may need to pay for any return postage charges that will apply in your residing country.

21. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request deletion of your account through the app or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where required, provide additional notice in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

23. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

24. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

25. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

26. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

27. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete that information.
